Do you think these rules are fair?
Friend Central Rules

The rules are meant to be followed.
Little rules:
No spamming
No bumping post or double posting to get the attention of members
No posting too many pictures, maximum is 5 if you post big pictures and 8 if you post small pictures
No placing topics under wrong forums, if so, topic will be either moved or locked, makes things messy
No starting fights, remember, this is a forum where you make friends, not enemies.
No using CAPS LOCK continiously. Doing so makes people think you're shouting. If you want to make a statement clear, just make your letters red.
No posting too many smileys, it's annoying, believe me.
No using text language A.K.A. shortcuts, abbrieviations are fine but something (lyk dis) is not ok.
No posting something that's already been posted
No off-topicing
No creating such excuses for breaking rules
Big rules:
No abusing members.
No posting anything kid-unfriendly
No putting images in sigs and avatars that are not kid-unfriendly
No putting the blame on the innocent people
No saying mean things about people in the forum, if you wanna do so, do it through PM, or somethings
are just good trapped inside your mind.
No spreading rumors

No declining offers rudely, decline for a reason.

We should really begin to treat the forum nicer, after all, it's hard work.
